Ingredients
- 3 EverCrisp ® apples
- 2 cups heavy cream
- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ cup granulated sugar, for topping
Directions

Wash apples, then cut in half and scoop out the centers. Set scooped apple flesh aside.
- In a medium saucepan, combine heavy cream, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, salt, and apple flesh. Bring to a low boil, stirring occasionally, about 10 minutes.
- Carefully pour the cream mixture into the hollowed apple halves and refrigerate for 4 hours, or until fully chilled and set.
- Sprinkle tops with sugar and use a blowtorch to caramelize until golden brown.
